油脚为油脂水化脱胶过程产生，主要含有磷脂、水、油脂及胶质，其中总脂肪酸含量为20-40%；

   皂脚为碱炼脱酸过程产生，皂脚中皂（脂肪酸钠）含量为30-50%，中性油（甘油酯）含量为8-27%，其余为水、蛋白质、色素等物质，其中总脂肪酸含量高达40-80%。

   本公司采用水解-真空精馏技术，制取的脂肪酸纯度高，损耗少，目前已有多个用户采用。在油脚水解过程中，产生的副产品包括2-4%甘油，10%左右的植物沥青（看作重油作为燃料）。

     The waste oil / sludge is produced by the degumming process of oil hydration, which mainly contains phospholipid, water, grease and colloid, in which the total fatty acid content is 20-40%;

    The content of soap (fatty acid sodium) in soap foot is 30-50, the content of neutral oil (glycerol ester) is 8-27, and the rest is water, protein, pigment and so on. The total fatty acid content is as high as 40-80.

    The company uses hydrolysis-vacuum distillation technology, high purity of fatty acids, less loss, has been used by many users. During the hydrolysis of oil feet, the by-products produced include 2-4% glycerol and about 10% plant asphalt (as heavy oil as fuel).
