皂化真空干燥系统是利用动、植物油脂（主要成分脂肪酸）与碱作用而成高温液态皂基（脂肪酸纳），再此过程中同时添加甘油、添加剂等成分，然后皂基在真空干燥机的真空下由于水分闪急蒸发，皂基由液态变为片状固态，经精制机挤压研磨后，成为皂粒。

      主要设备有：真空干燥器、列管加热器、旋风分离器、冷凝器、精制造粒机、真空泵等。 

      皂粒水分控制在10-28%范围内，产量在500kg-10吨/小时。

    Asap moisture is controlled in the range of 10-28% and the output is 500 kg-10 t / h.
