Soap Vacuum Plodder

双联单螺杆出条机由上下两个单联出条机组成，采用各自独立的闭式减速传动系统。加长的筒体及螺杆长径比可达1:9，有效地对皂体进行挤压，增强皂料的密实度。上联螺杆出条等同于一个单联精制机，在真空情况下制造皂粒。下联为出条部分，皂粒被压缩、挤压后通过炮口以皂条形式连续输出。

The double screw soap pludder machine is composed of two single screw shaft machines and adopts their own closed deceleration transmission system. The length-to-diameter ratio of the extended cylinder and screw can reach 1:9, which can effectively squeeze the soap and enhance the compactness of the soap. The upper screw strip is equivalent to a single refining machine to make soap noodles in vacuum. The lower part is the strip, and the soap grain is compressed and extruded through the muzzle in the form of soap pludder.
