彩色皂双联真空出条机是专为生产彩色皂生产而开发设计的一种新型设备，改机将单一肥皂颜色复合为两种颜色，深色去污力强，浅色润肤。

该设备为双联双螺杆，两初级螺杆及两末级螺杆均并联，筒体和真空室彼此分开，相应的初级螺杆与末级螺杆串联。出皂炮口亦为两室，仅皂条出口处为一体来生产彩色皂。

该设备可以生产为固体-固体形式、固体-液体形式的彩色皂，并且彩色皂形式和花纹样式可调，满足客户不同需求。

  The colored double vacuum plodder machine is a new type of equipment specially developed for the production of color soap. The machine combines the single soap color into two colors, dark color decontamination power is strong, light color moisturizer.

      The equipment is a twin screw, two primary screw and two final screw are parallel, the cylinder and vacuum chamber are separated from each other, and the corresponding primary screw is in series with the final screw. Soap outlet is also two-room, only soap bar outlet as one to produce color soap.

     The equipment can produce color soap in solid-solid form and solid-liquid form, and the color soap form and pattern style can be adjustable to meet the different needs of customers.
